How long does an engagement typically last?

The length of time we'll work together varies depending on your business needs and challenges, the size of your organization or team, and the scope of the project. On average, business advising engagements range from 18-24 months, while Fractional COO and Sales/Marketing consulting engagements range from 3-6 months.

How can you help me if you don't have any experience in my industry?

I tell all my future clients that I won't make you a better interior designer or app developer, but I will help you build a successful and profitable business. I  prefer to work with companies that already have a great product or service. You're the expert in your industry, and I'm the expert in business. It makes for a great combination.

Where are you located and how do work together if we're not in the same city?

Companies located in the Portland, Maine Metro Area have the option to meet in-person or via Zoom video conference. All other U.S. locations will be serviced remotely via Zoom video conference, with the option of occasional travel.

What size companies do you typically work with?

My strategic advising clients range anywhere from $100k to $10 million in annual revenue. Fractional COO solutions are generally a better fit for companies above $5 million in revenue or on a high growth trajectory.
